Susan Hatch Morgan serves as our Managing Editor, leading the small staff at Oxford Editing. With more than 10 years experience as an editor and writer, she brings an astute and seasoned eye to her work. Morgan holds a master's degree in English language learning from Seattle University. She has edited a variety of academic texts in subjects ranging from the humanitites to economics. Morgan currently lives in Freeport, Maine, where she's renovating an old farmhouse with her family.


Dr. Matt J. Duffy founded Oxford Editing in 2006 and supervises the selection and oversight of its editing staff. He earned his doctorate in Public Communication at Georgia State University in Atlanta in May 2010. Duffy received a master’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the Grady School of Journalism. His work has been accepted for publication in several prestigious, peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Mass Media Ethics, Newspaper Research Journal, and the Journal of Middle East Media. Duffy currently serves as an Assistant Professor of communication at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
